Photography is my money only passion and I'm willing to do it for the money you know it's really fun and that's what I realized that in photography there's really no boundaries when you're doing arts so it all started when I was in primary five I was watching I'm watching youtube videos online specifically from her user Kaveri Wong he was posting online a bunch of visual effects videos and from there I took my phone camera recorded a bunch of videos downloaded some pirate Adobe software like After Effects and Premiere and got my head down and just try a few view effects I tried photography also on Instagram to get a bunch of photos and I was like maybe I can do the same thing but I want to do it my own way my own version which is portrait photography because it's a way that I can express my emotions on the photo and maybe connect with the audience so still new I contacted a friend of mine which I met a big ole life anime singer and she was the very first model that was actually willing to do a photoshoot with me and she knows that I'm still new so we went to Mona being took a bunch of photos and it was the first time of me directing her own photo shoot it was quite nervous at first but as time goes by and as I got to know her better because it was the very first time I met her we clicked very nicely and she expressed her emotions by looking at a camera exactly how I wanted to be portrayed as so ever since I posted that photo or also penis all around what people think about iPhone there were a lot of criticism because he's not read that nice but I was still new so I had to experiment my shots a few more friends who I did worship for for free because I'm not a professional or everything myself back then I wasn't very good so I need to try practice more build up my portfolio to try to get somewhere but the downside of that is my mom doesn't really like it when I go with my camera because she doesn't really she wants me to focus on my studies more nor she knows him sometimes procrastinating flaws so I'd like my parents that hey I'm going to work actually I'm playing for photo shoot we kind of hurts I have to lie but hey I gotta do something about it so as time goes by but my very first client from mobile specifically and she was willing to pay for my services so after that very first client for school and getting some Elise I'm getting somewhere this woman very happy about then goes by and I take your 1 bunch of students from India s contacted me to water therefore do filmmaking video shoot so I I did location starting I didn't video anything it's donating because very fun because mostly female first-time professionally colleague reading a video specifically for a shock book wasn't easy for me at first because my journey wasn't really a smooth one because I'd to fists disapproval for my parents they knew that was not gaining any money from it and they were really upset because I'm wasting time on something I'm not supposed to I should be studying me focusing on my career which I'm technically yeah because I love photography anyway so it's the career path for me that everyone go down for coming from a typical Asian family parents would definitely want their child to succeed in a career that they can gain a lot of money from very stabilized income for the future life which I can understand from a parent's perspective my mom found out about my photography work and it was it wasn't easy but it was a very long process I had a guy who was an alumni of my dream what he advised me was to give my purse lots and lots of time and let them get used to what I'm doing so eventually they came into terms with my work after they see multiple and there were actual people talking to me about my work so anything I was getting somewhere my work was getting up there back then I thought on Instagram is always about the lights I thought the wall lights you have on a course and in your profile the more famous you get a surprisingly after a few months I got used to not even getting decent likes are all wet this is support from outside of Instagram which was very happy home my parents trusted me for what I'm doing right now they knew of a photography doesn't let me be and they trust that I can take care of myself those ones were took a 3-1 hurt and swear I was off photography for a bit is this really the puff they want to go down we'll be doing photography for the rest of my life but business with it you also buy worth it because I had time to think for myself I had to pick myself up in through tough times I was going through no son whale was having a rough time with myself something personal happened and I had to take a break it's a mas as if I don't I'm just gonna pressure myself more with unnecessary work and I'm sorry my hiatus I started picking up the camera again and that's why I was very sure that yeah this is what I want to do with something I enjoy I love the burden I love to stress that I'm facing when I'm doing designing I get to expend my creative ideas share my work with the world and yeah it's something I really love if you're to face an obstacle in life just get over it there are no way yes there are struggles in life where sometimes you feel like she's been stopped but if you're really an artist who want to pursue the Korean us in any platform you really have to love what you're doing if you really love what you are doing do whatever it takes to get to where you want to be you
