hello everybody welcome back to my channel dizzy and I'm here with my beautiful girlfriend Jess hi we're doing a Q&A today not a very long one there's only about seven questions okay of it it's you yeah seven questions I can talk for like an hour so a week per question the first questions for you has jobs ever dated guys before like you don't mean even counted it's just a little bit what does that mean like I dipped my toe in the water and that's about it what what a vague way of answering that question I wouldn't say it was dating I went on a few dates so you were dating why did you phone like to the group dates like weren't you with other people you know they weren't group date I went on some little dates mmm okay so I guess we're dating beans or ice cream okay so I guess I guess nothing yes no I didn't date you went on dates but there was no label or anything okay we're gonna move on hey make a video on how you met each other there are so many videos on how we met each other but I will give you a refresher if you need um um we had to high school together she's a great older than me and we would hang out during lunch times in high school because we have a mutual friend and so that's how I got to know her later on I started doing sports photography in sec four and five which is great ten and eleven for the rest of the world and she was in all the sports so I would see her all the time and she's cute so I photograph her all the time and then we graduated and went to the same College different programs and met probably a year into college for me so two years in for her my locker was right where like you have to pass through that hallway to get to the bus stop so I would see her sometimes when I was still in class really going to my locker or whatever I would see her walking towards the bus so we started hanging out there I also started hanging out like I would see her often on her workplace because it was near like a bus terminal though we had to take inside hang out with her there so we kind of started talking in slow and in all these situations I was just there exactly exactly I was at work you showed up except the lockers that was like yeah I had to that was my locker like you also had to pass through that area so we started talking a lot more in college and then we were texting around her birthday and then around Osheaga which is a music festival in moujik annoy so like that music festival in Montreal and we both went and that's kind of where we like really rekindled our friendship and love rekindled the rekindled because she was there with her cousin I was there with a friend of mine and we kind of met up and that's where we started like really hanging out and talking and then from then we were texting books a week later yeah I went to lunch more lunch like we always were making plans to see each other yes and now we're dating four years in one hand at that time is when she first drop her hair yeah that's true man as okay oh yeah the first first time I did my hair donation yeah that's so random yeah I really do wanna come and I was like oh you're gonna go out for ice cream and you're like I just have to chop my hair off first you might just have me along to that like okay how many years last months have you been together so we've been together since September 2014 so four years and almost six months yep almost 600 when this is gonna go up we're filming this February 23 February 27 and this is definitely gonna go up sometime in March March 4th will be focus four years in six months yeah one half years in bored yet no are you a little bit it's a wild like for both of us having no like your other relationship or dating experience was like four dates three dates my other relationship was a month and here we are just like four years in you know when you know you know I popped my eardrum clean in my ear and knew talking is really like piercing it that's crazy Florida like that's almost five years five years I feel like is like it's half a decade like people take you seriously I think at five years good I mean you know the great things here say for year three I think they do because we're like already like a married couple but like five years is like five years all of our friends are like you like my mom yeah we're a lot of people's moms yeah cool mom so um and then cool mom would say that mini exclamation mark how have social stuffs been in college have you been making new connections or is it more of an in-and-out situation for you also what are your feelings around disclosing that you have a youtube channel in school maybe if it came up or a hard pass little old idea this comes after a couple of my like university videos that I had posted a little like I think in here too I had said that like year one was a lot of like in and out for me I absolutely hated it I hated my program I didn't do half the readings and I wasn't doing too well um then your – I made a really good group of people and I was having a really good time and being near three now I don't I don't think I speak to a lot of the people I used to but I've met other people have gotten closer to like the same people from amisha basically you guys have heard of different things um I think I'm making it through University because of her like mentally honestly um apart from like my family in Jed's and it's not as much of an internet situation for me I think that like being a year 3 student kind of puts you in this position of like I own this place you know also we're a very small faculty in that building it's only like communications and journalism and across us as the sciences so like it's not like it's not like the big big campus it's like a kind of side campus so it's a very like I see the same people all the time um and so you get to kind of like familiarize yourself I only go to school two days a week and so it's always the same schedule I see the same friendly faces also having been in year three like many other teachers I have a little bit better which is really nice and it's not as scary um for disclosing I have a YouTube channel for a while I didn't I didn't tell anybody I didn't tell her I didn't tell like my sister I didn't tell my close friends I wanted to do something on my own completely and without anyone's like help or input or anything and so when I finally did start telling people especially for school I only told like three people at the beginning and it was because I had a collaboration coming up that I needed to I think miss school for so I had to kind of like like it kind of just came out but I didn't really want to lie about it um and now like I feel like there's a lot of taboo NISS around YouTube people think that you're doing it for the fame or the money or any kind of social status or whatever and I think that's why I had so much trouble disclosing it to a lot of people also because I genuinely have a passion for this thing I really would be like making stuff does it there'd be little sappy about like this is why I have a youtube channel I love it it's my passion like that's not really a fun conversation to have all the time um especially when our generation often thinks that you're doing it for fame so I've had a good reaction with the people that I have decided to tell they are extra SuperDuper supportive and yeah it's not really something I hide anymore but I am mindful of who I include in my videos and whom I don't because a lot of times with past friendships there's been a lot of like social climbing which is just really uncomfortable in the situation to be so yeah I have wait I avoid that the next question is Nidhi schifflet what is your favorite Indian food let me guess you like algo me no I do like it but it's not my favorite easy yeah no one is chick p1 then right hold on the name of that one is you have the chickpea one toilet Julie Julie Petula nope I don't like to do this you fall asleep Julie just toilet and I like rice I can eat rice all the time if you haven't yet a video for those who are questioning their orientation and how they can figure it out might be helpful thing is for that question it's different every person you talk to right how they figured it out for me it was a lot of isolation some people need to talk it out with people like it really depends on the person I'm just thinking of our conversation of how like do you need to be physical with someone to know that you're into them or not and like four years ago yeah like for me like I had a crush on dads for a lot of high school and the whole butterflies and the whole thing before I knew it was a crush but I didn't know how much like I didn't realize that it was a crush until like we kissed you know I mean and then everything kind of fell into place and I know that's not really like cliche and like movie-esque but like it was really especially having grown up in a household we're like we don't talk about this stuff or the possibility of you liking the same gender I really had to like be in that situation for me to know like oh this is like obviously I don't I don't encourage you guys to put yourself in situations that make you uncomfortable just to test out your sexuality I think there's other ways of figuring it out but for me I think that was like well I also think that there's two types of relationships you can have an emotional relationship with someone you can also lose a relationship with someone so growing up in a very heteronormative society girls tend to have very emotional friendships so to know the difference between an emotional friendship and an emotional like relationship is very tough so I think for you the kissing helped ya like figure out what side of the line you were on you know so point is it's not black and white figuring out your sexual orientation it takes a lot of self-reflection there's no right answer there it it's a massive spectrum that you're um so you could always like feel certain things for certain people and not necessarily identify that way it's just a big ol mess a big little mess as long as you're open to the possibility I think you'll find more answers if you're open to letting yourself feel you know maybe shut it down and shut it off then obviously you're just gonna suppress it last question everybody well someone enlighten me on the difference between college and university please I think I answered this in the actual comments but in in Quebec it's very different it's not college and university it's CJ we say we say College to make it easier on all of y'all but they ship in Quebec we have a thing called sea trip because our high school only goes to a grade 11 and then you go to sea trip for two years and then you are three yeah that well three is a good career program yeah so you go two years for a pre university program in three years for a career program um and then we go to university there are universities in Quebec like McGill which is like a very reputable school that people from outside of Quebec will have done high school until grade 12 and then they can apply it directly to like Miguel or Concordia if you're outside of here then you can apply after high school yeah the thing is I personally love CJ because I don't think at 17 or 18 you know what you want to do in life and go to high school and get a bachelor's to go to university and get a bachelor's degree I think that's throwing a lot I went to see Jeff after high school and I had no idea what I was doing and then see Jeff is a little bit more like yeah it's not as easy at high school but it's not nearly as intense as University you kind of learn you see all the the programs you can do and it's very very different I don't know explains Egypt it's fun I had a block yes fun is gonna be a good time yeah I feel like I almost worked harder in high school because I was in the International Baccalaureate program and like I as a university student now tap into like skills I learned as an IB student not anything I learned in college like colors was just a fun time for me to discover that I loved the arts yeah and like it was a perfect learning environment like it was so so helpful I find yeah but a lot of like but yeah a lot of the university skills I learned for from high school which is weird the thing is I think in the state's college and university are something completely different cuz in the state's you can go to college and they have like community colleges which are I've seen ones like I don't know and then they have a university so I don't know the difference between not let me there I don't understand the USC here we see CJ we call it college yeah because it's not University sorry that's a little confusing I probably should have started with that a long time ago I've been talking about I just figured like my you know yeah yes you connect back will marry college and then you're like no B universities yeah anyways you guys that's it for our Q&A if you have any other looming questions cuz what you feel were there any other questions leave them down below and of this video okay because I just there's a lot of comments and so if I I'm gonna lose them so just if you any questions in this video's description okay um I hope that you enjoyed watching this please don't forget to Like comment and subscribe and we will see you guys in the next video yeah baby oh you're so damn fine don't wanna know I'm sippin on you like some fun wand out when it's over I press forward talk
